Gea

Gea is not desolate. It is not The Shriveled Wasteland as The Elders of Aecor would have you believe. Gea has vast mountain ranges. It is not desert and sand. It is tundra and temperate plains. Not foresty. There are trees but they are not tall and far between. There are shrubs and berries. Leaves are not green. They are hues of sandy, beige, red and petrol colors. Like autumn colors of Mother. Crystal/salt based lifeforms included in fauna.

Cultures

Gean cultures primarily include Forstwalders and Gereros. They represent the indigenous people. Aecor is represented by two Rigaborean colonies. The Assicari has two enclaces – one in the northern hemisphere, the second in the southern. Scholars argue that Magnapor, its surrounding regions, its people and all visitors from across Ovi constitute a destinct culture.

Forstwalders

This indigenous culture developed as a horticultural society by domesticating the land through forests, plantations, fields etc. They are organized in clans.

The Forstwalders was once a single unbroken landmass, but is now split into Forstwalder West and East societies. People of Forstwalder heritage are often great engineers and defenders.

Gereros

The second indigenous culture. It emerged as a pastoralist society by herding herbivours and domesticating the open plains of Gea.

Gereros are organized in tribes and often produce great warriors and scouts.

The early history of Gea are of Gerero tribes raiding Forstwalder settlements.

Rigabor

Embritz and New Fornax. Ranrec. Areas with the greatest lakes, wetlands, rivers.

Assicari

Two enclaves: Solstice and Solace. EXPUG, Bunt,

Magnapor

Key conflict zones of Gea
Conflict zones and RANREC-enforced areas. Also indication of Magnapor proper.

Creatures

Naya

Venatomeryx naya

Most often referred to as nayas or dusk deer. Nayas are infact descendants of deer which have evolved as predators hunting in packs. Much like wolves or lions of Mother. They chase and tire their prey. Males are significantly larger than the females and rarely take part in running prey tired.

Bush Bear (a.k.a. Plains Bear, Mule Bear, Speckled Mule Bear, Mottled Bush Bear)

Ailuropoda caballus stellaris

Herbivorous bear living in packs. Bush bears are both feral and domesticated on Gea and bush bears serve similar roles as horses and oxen did to The Ancestors. They are leaner but taller than pandas of Mother. The color scheme of their pelt are somewhat like pandas in the sense that the black parts of a panda are always just a single uniform color. Those colors range from brown to chestnut to red. The parts which would be white on a panda are spotted and vary in colors.

Roxel

Roxellana gorrilatis sphinx

Roxels are huge solitary primates. Their pelt is striped but otherwise look similar to golden snub-nosed monkeys of Mother. Similar in color scheme. The stature of a Roxel ressembles a gorilla, but twice the size, whilst movement and looks are similar to a mandril. Roxels are highly territorial.
