Native bordanians was preyed upon as a slave workforce for centuries. Often as miners on Gea and terraformers on Iravan. As individuals and as a people they struggled, as a species they proliferated. They were shunned and looked down upon by others. Across the solar systems they were seen as a phage – a species who ruin the culture of their host – despite the fact that is was bordanian culture that had suffered for centuries.
Few years ago, rebellions broke out across all bordanian enclaves. Coordinated on their home planet, they called the rebellions: The Antiphage. Bordanians wanted to reclaim and defend their culture and destiny. In Expug-dominated enclaves, the rebellions was brutally quelled. The victorious slavers and Expug battalions soon converged against Bordan itself to quell the heart of the rebellion. They nearly did, but RANREC ultimately came to the aid of Bordan itself. It took a while for the Rigaborum to convince themselves of the need as it took the sacrifice of one of their most respected wardens: Niobe Thrace.
